Please note that there is a handling fee (3%) for Credit Cards and (3.2%) Paypal services and Amex which is to cover extra time needed to cover these services.

There are a few things that we would like to point out to make your experience on our website a pleasant one and they are:

· We offer Paypal as a form of payment as well as being able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex (handling fees apply to credit cards) or by Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer - no fees)

• Because what we sell comes in all shapes and sizes if we do not have a shipping option suitable to your order please select “Shipping to be arranged” in the description, then please use our Checkout system when going through register so we can give you the best quote on freight.
• We now have shipping options to most of Australia which are very reasonable for our products coming out of Queensland, but if you think we are still a little to dear to your location please ask us for a quote and we will see if we can do better some how. We ask if you need a quote please do not use the Paypal system of payment. One packet of Frontline, Advocate or Comfortis for example to ship around Australia would cost $5.50 and above 1 item of these type of products use Regular Parcels as your shipping method. If you have heavy products then we have added some Fastway Courier alternatives which may suit you for 1 box up to 15k to various locations and up to 25k for Brisbane.
