How to Order at Hervey Bay Pet and Vet Direct

Below is a step by step on what to do and expect when ordering each time at Hervey Bay Pet and Vet Direct.

Chose your Product

button above, chose how many

                Click on Checkout or Continue Shopping option

Click on the add to Cart

button above, chose how many

                                Click on Checkout Option if finished

Are you a new or Returning Customer

Click on Continue if new and fill in information required

or if Returning put in Email and Password

If you chose new customer above this will be an information form which you will need to fill out so we know where to send your orders and so next time you visit you do not have to go through this procedure everytime. After completing this you will then as Returning Customers make these choices:

1. Check your order is correct

2. Select a Shipping Method. Be honest as we will have to change if you just chose the cheapest method. If you order 1 or 2 packets of Comfortis then the 500g option is correct, 3 or more then you need to chose Regular Parcels. You can chose Express for both of these also. If you are ordering a 1.5k bag of dog food then the 500g option is not applicable so please do not chose it. If you think the freight is to expensive then chose To be Arranged and we will try and find a cheaper method and send you a quote or ring you with an amount.

3. Select Payment method - Paypal, Matercard, Visa, American Express or Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer or Internet Banking Transfer). There is a surcharge applicable to the Credit Cards and a handling fee applicable to Paypal but if you chose the Wire Transfer option there is no fee involved in Australia.

That is pretty much it from here you will receive a copy of your invoice or if you requested a quote on shipping you will receive a copy of the invoice without the freight amount and we will contact you and once the freight amount is approved by you then we will send a final copy of the invoice with the freight amount included. Once authorised you will be advised when payment has been accepted and when the goods will be sent and an indication of when to expect their delivery.
